The Provincial Court of Valladolid has sentenced one year in prison for a crime of hatred to each of the five accused of insulting Vinicius JR in the party of Football played on December 30, 2022 at the stadium José Zorrilla de Valladolid.
The defendants have ratified this Wednesday that they assume that penalty once an agreement between the parties is reached, after which the president of the Chamber has advanced the judicial resolution ruling.
According to the provisional conclusions of Conformity of the Prosecutor's Office, who have recognized the defendants at the hearing of Valladolid, the events occurred during the meeting between Real Valladolid CF and Real Madrid CF, corresponding to the fifteenth day of LaLiga Santander.

The facts constitute five crimes of hatred and against discrimination, so each defendant has been sentenced to a year in prison.
In addition, four of the five defendants must pay a nine -month fine at the rate of six euros per day -1.620 euros-, and the fifth a fine of nine months at a rate of four euros -1.080 euros-.
