During the 2024/25 season, Thirteen clubs were subject to procedures before the Financial Control Agency of UEFA Clubs (CFCB) for having defeated debts with other clubs, employees and/or social and fiscal authorities.
The CFCB, having completed its evaluation, has imposed the following disciplinary measures that are now all definitive and binding:
• Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) – 200,000 €
• Trabzonspor A.Ş. (Tour) – 100,000 €
• FC – Your Rock (GEO) – 100,000 €
• FC Astana (caries) – 50.000 €
• SC Shakhtar Donetsk (UKR) – 50,000 €
• FC Dinamo Tiflis (GEO) – 40.000 €
• FC Balkans (Yogurt) – 40,000 €
• Wisła Cracovia (POL) – € 40,000
• FC Tobol Kostanay (Kaz) – 30,000 €
• Lincoln Red Imps FC (GIB) – 10.000 €
• FC Buducnost Podgorica (MNE) – 10,000 €
• FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih (Ukr) – Advertencia
• FC Polissya Zhytomyr (Ukr) – Advertencia
In addition, due to recidivism and/or defeated debts for more than 90 days, the FC Astana (KAZ), the FC Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO) and the FC Dinamo Batumi (GEO) were also imposed an suspended exclusion of participating in the next UEFA Club competition:
• For FC Astana (Kaz), The exclusion is suspended for a test period of two seasons and will only apply if the club has defeated debts in the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons;
• For the FC Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO) and the FC Dinamo Batumi (GEO), LThe exclusion is suspended for a test period of a season and will only apply if the clubs have defeated debts in the 2025/26 season.
