And they add: “This concern does not arise from a whim or an isolated perception, but from concrete and verifiable facts: just four days ago, Mr. Betancur led a meeting in which his procedure was at least partial, negligent and contrary to the guiding principles of professional arbitration. In that commitment, the arbitrator omitted sanctioning a clear and evident penalty in favor of our team, a decision that altered the final result of the meeting.
